| Mr. Leonard Harris Director Mr. Harris' vast experience in South America complements Golden Arrow's long-standing presence in Argentina. For 21 years he worked with Newmont Mining Corp., holding numerous positions, including General Manager of Newmont Latin America. Presently, he is Chairman of Resource Development Inc. and Chairman Emeritus of the Mining, Energy and Petroleum Task Force, Chamber of the Americas. Mr. Harris has received numerous awards, including the MMSA Gold Medal, Western Mining Hall of Fame Medal of Merit, Newmont Chairman Award, the Peruvian Society of Engineers, Engineer of the Year Award and the Peruvian College of Journalism Award. He is a Legion of Honor Member of SME and received from SME/AIME the Saunders Gold Medal, Krumb Lecturer, President's Citation, Distinguished Member and Arthur C. Daman Lifetime Achievement awards. |
