Golden Arrow Resources Corporation (TSX.V: GRG) is a Vancouver-based, exploration company focused on advancing and acquiring precious and base metal projects in Argentina. The Company holds a 1% net smelter royalty ("NSR") on Yamana Gold Inc.'s Gualcamayo Gold mine, which was put into production in late 2008. Golden Arrow received its first quarterly payment in the second quarter of 2009.

GOLDEN ARROW has an extensive land package in Argentina that took over a decade to accumulate, comprised of 40 precious and base metal projects that cover 200,000 hectares of prospective ground. A number of these projects are located near major mines and within well-known mining districts.
