Golden Arrow is in a very strong and unique position for a junior exploration company, for a variety of reasons.

With our deep history in Argentina and Peru, and association with the Grosso Group, we are able to have access to the best land locations, and have the opportunity to explore and then stake those properties ourselves. Currently we have 40 properties covering over 200,000 hectares in total, and 10 of those properties we have taken to the drill ready category.

Golden Arrow has a proven technical team capable of developing projects from early stage exploration to the feasibility stage. Our technical team discovered the Gualcamayo property, which Yamana Gold will be putting into production sometime in late 2008.

In addition, Golden Arrow retains a 1%NSR on the Gualcamayo property, that is not capped and is projected to generate over one million dollars a year in cash flow, covering the company’s annual overhead.

With our current cash position of over $2.6M, and a share structure that has only 15.5 million issued and outstanding, with just under 21 million shares on a fully diluted basis, Golden Arrow offers shareholders several advantages to grow their investment in the company.
